this is a powerful word.
I am learning to set my intention and then I stay much more on track.
The trick is to know what your intention is, and that's not always so easy.
But if you dream it, you can do it, as they say. . . .
So think about Intention today, and see where you go with this in the front of your mind and heart as you make your way along the path.
