balance in all things

Why has it taken me 47 years to learn this?
If Mamma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.
Take care of yourself, and all good things will follow.
Walk.
Outside.
Eat well.
Breathe deeply.
Tired? sleep.

and get away now and then to somewhere that feeds the soul.
oh, and a bit of chocolate never hurts.
